These terms apply when you use this website or request a service, ring or charm from Witch Doctor Shakir. Please read them together with the service disclaimer and the refunds and cancellations policy.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Who we are
"We" and "us" mean Witch Doctor Shakir. Witch Doctor Shakir is based in Kenya, on East Africa Time (UTC+3).

What we offer
We offer traditional African spiritual services, such as spells, rituals and spiritual cleansing, as well as rings and charms. Each service and item page describes what is involved, what it is meant for and what it cannot do.
Services can be done remotely or in person, depending on what suits you, wherever you are. Shakir can also travel to you, depending on how serious the situation is. How your service will be done is agreed with you before you pay.
Rings and charms are physical items that Shakir prepares and blesses. Before you order, we tell you the actual item, its materials, size, availability and care, and send you a photo of the actual item. Any traditional meaning of a ring or charm is a matter of belief, not a promised effect.
How requesting and ordering works
- You send a request by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, or with the request form, which opens WhatsApp or your SMS app with your message.
- After a consultation, we tell you what the service or item includes, the price, the currency, the payment method, any optional extras and the expected timing.
- A request is not an order. An agreement is made only when you accept the details we send and make the agreed payment.
- We may turn down a request, for example if a service does not suit what you are asking for, or if the request is meant to harm or control another person.
Prices, currencies, taxes and payment
The price of each service or item is agreed after a consultation and confirmed in writing before you pay. Prices are all-inclusive. Before you pay, we tell you what is included, any optional extras, the expected timing and any other charges.
The payment method is agreed with you at the same time as the price.
Payment is due before work starts, or before an item is prepared and sent, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion. Import duty and taxes on items sent abroad are explained on the shipping and delivery page.
What is included and what is not
What a service or item includes is set out in the details we confirm with you before you pay. For rings and charms that are sent to you, the delivery cost is part of the price.
Optional extras are explained and agreed first. No extra service or charge is added without your agreement.
The price does not include import duty, tax or carrier handling fees charged in your country when a parcel arrives, or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
A further ritual is a separate request with its own agreed price. You are never obliged to buy more.
Limits of our services
Spells, rituals, rings and charms are traditional, cultural and spiritual practices. We do not promise any particular result, in love, money, business, health, legal matters or anything else, and no service can control another person's feelings or choices.
Our services are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or treatment. The service disclaimer explains this in full.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate details, including your ring size and delivery address.
- Be aged 18 or over when you request a service or buy an item.
- Do not use our services to try to harm, frighten or control anyone.
- Keep getting qualified help for medical, mental-health, legal or financial needs.
- Be respectful in your messages and calls.
Using this website
You may read, print and share pages from this website for your own personal use. The text, photos and design of the site belong to Witch Doctor Shakir or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for another website or business without asking.
Do not try to disrupt the website or use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other websites are given for information. We are not responsible for what those websites contain.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to describe services and items accurately and to do what we agree. If something goes wrong because of our mistake, contact us and we will try to put it right.
No one can promise the outcome of a spiritual practice, so we are not responsible if a result you hoped for does not happen. We are also not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, or problems with WhatsApp or mobile networks.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, for example for negligence or under consumer law.
Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy, please tell us first by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, and we will try to sort it out with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your request is the one shown on this page when you agreed the price. This version takes effect from 23 October 2026.
