About the services
Can a spell or ritual guarantee a result?
No. Spells and rituals are traditional spiritual practices. No result can be promised, and no ritual can control another person's feelings or decisions.
What does Witch Doctor Shakir offer?
Love and relationship rituals, spiritual cleansing and protection, prosperity and good fortune rituals, and lucky rings and charms. The spells and rituals page lists every service, and each one has its own page explaining what it involves.
Are rituals done remotely or in person?
Both. Services can be done remotely or in person, depending on what suits you, wherever you are. Shakir travels and can come to you, depending on how serious the situation is. How your ritual will be done is agreed with you before you pay.
Who are these services for?
Adults aged 18 or over. Shakir works with everyone, whatever their beliefs. If you are not sure a service fits what you want, ask first. There is no pressure to go ahead.
Requesting a service
How do I request a spell or ritual?
Call, send an SMS or send a WhatsApp message to 0714794142, or use the request form. Say which service you are asking about and add a short note about your situation. Shakir talks it through with you and then agrees the price with you.
What should I put in my first message?
The service you are interested in, your first name, the country you live in, and a short note about what you are hoping for. For a ring, add your size if you know it. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
What if I do not know which service I need?
Describe your situation in your own words and ask. You do not need to know the name of a ritual. Shakir will explain the options, and you can decide in your own time.
How do I get in touch from another country?
Use the international number +254714794142 for calls, SMS and WhatsApp. Shakir is in Kenya, on East Africa Time (UTC+3), but is available any time, day or night, and usually replies within 30 minutes.
Price and payment
When will I know the price?
After a consultation, and before you pay anything. Shakir sends you the price, the currency and what it covers in writing, and nothing starts until you agree.
How can I pay?
The payment method is agreed with you after a consultation, at the same time as the price and the currency. Prices are all-inclusive. Keep your receipt and the message where the price was agreed.
Will I be asked to pay more later?
Not for the service you agreed. The agreed price covers what was agreed. If you later want a further ritual, it is a separate request with its own price, and you are free to say no. Be wary of anyone who asks for more money to finish or unblock a ritual.
Are there any extra costs?
Prices are all-inclusive. For rings and charms, the delivery cost is part of the price. Optional extras are explained and agreed first, and nothing is added without your agreement. Your country may still charge import duty or tax on a parcel, and your bank may charge fees for international payments or currency conversion. See shipping and delivery.
Timing and replies
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within 30 minutes. Shakir is available any time, day or night, and replies in many languages.
How long does a ritual take?
It depends on you and on the ritual. The timing is agreed with you at the start, before you pay, and Shakir explains any materials and precautions before the service begins. For a ring or charm, the time to prepare and send it is agreed before you order.
How will I know when my ritual has been done?
Shakir keeps you updated by phone or message, using the contact method you chose, and tells you when your ritual has been done.

Rings, charms and delivery
Can rings and charms be sent to my country?
Ask before you order. Whether delivery to your country is possible, what it costs and how long it should take are agreed with you before your order is confirmed. Please check your country's import rules too. See shipping and delivery.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
You might. The delivery cost is included in your price, but many countries charge import duty, tax or a handling fee on parcels from abroad, often paid by the person receiving the parcel. The rules depend on your country and the value of the item, so please check your local import rules before you order.
What if my ring does not fit?
Contact Shakir. The returns and exchanges page explains what happens with sizing problems. To avoid them, send a measurement in millimetres with your order.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you can and send photos of any damage. Keep the packaging. The shipping and delivery page explains what happens next.
Privacy
Does the website store what I type in the request form?
No. The form turns what you type into a message and opens it in WhatsApp or your SMS app, so you can check it before sending. Nothing is saved on this website, and the site uses no cookies or analytics.
Who can see my messages?
Shakir reads your messages in order to reply and arrange your service. Messages also pass through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, or through your mobile network, and their own rules apply. WhatsApp says personal messages are end-to-end encrypted; ordinary SMS messages are not. See the privacy policy.
Can I ask you to delete my messages?
Yes. Ask by phone or message and we will delete our copy, unless we need to keep a record of a payment or order for legal or tax reasons.
Limits and your choices
Is a ritual a replacement for a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser?
No. Spiritual services are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice or treatment. Please keep seeing qualified professionals for those needs, and never stop treatment because of a ritual. See the service disclaimer.
Will you tell me if I am cursed?
No. We will never tell you that you are cursed or in danger, and we will never ask you to pay to avoid harm. If someone else has told you this, our article on judging claims about curses calmly may help.
What happens if I change my mind after paying?
It depends on how far the work has gone, and on what you paid for: a ritual, or an item sent to you. The refunds and cancellations policy explains each case. Before you pay, you can stop at any time.
