Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to read this website and contact Witch Doctor Shakir, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification or other tools.
How the site is built
- Pages use standard HTML headings, lists, links and page regions, so screen readers can move around them.
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the menu.
- Menus use standard HTML elements, so they can be opened and used with a keyboard, and they work without JavaScript.
- Text and background colours were chosen for readable contrast.
- Page content is in the page itself, so it can be read without JavaScript. The answers on the FAQ page are part of the page, not loaded later, so they work with screen readers and your browser's search.
Known limits
The request form needs JavaScript, because it builds your message and opens WhatsApp or your SMS app. The phone and WhatsApp links work without it, so if the form does not work for you, you can call, send an SMS or send a WhatsApp message directly instead.
WhatsApp and your SMS app have their own accessibility features and limits, which we do not control.
Standards
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a guide. The site has not been formally tested against them, so we do not claim that it meets any particular level.
