Traditional Spiritual Services in the Middle East
This page explains where Witch Doctor Shakir's services can and cannot be offered in the Middle East, and why the answer changes from one country to the next.
Shakir is based in Kenya and has no office or team in any Middle East country. International enquiries are subject to the laws and requirements of the country you are in. Service availability, payment options and delivery may be restricted in certain countries.
How it works
The Middle East is not one country, and it does not have one set of rules. Laws, customs and import rules differ from place to place. Something allowed in one country may be banned in the next.
Some countries in the region, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, treat sorcery or witchcraft as a criminal offence. Local laws in other countries, such as Qatar and Kuwait, may also restrict these services and items. Charms, rings and other ritual items may be restricted at customs.
Shakir will not offer a service or send an item where it is not lawful. Not every ritual, charm, ring or herbal product can be offered or sent to every country. Please check the law where you live before you ask for anything. We cannot give legal advice.

Questions
Are services available in every Middle East country?
No. Each country has its own laws, and services, payment options and delivery may be restricted in some of them. Tell Shakir which country you are in when you get in touch.
Can rings and charms be sent to the Middle East?
It depends on the country. Customs in some countries in the region can stop charms and ritual items, and Shakir will not send an item where it is not lawful. Check your local import rules before you ask.
How do I know if a service is legal where I live?
Check the law in your own country, and ask a local lawyer if you are unsure. We cannot give legal advice. Shakir will not offer a service where it is not lawful.
