Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This page covers rings, charms and any other physical items sent to you. Rituals and other spiritual services do not involve delivery.

Where an item can be sent, the delivery cost and the estimated delivery time are all agreed with you before your order is confirmed.

Where we deliver

Tell us which country you live in when you ask about a ring or charm. We tell you whether we can send an item there before your order is confirmed.

Please check your own country's import rules before you order.

Preparation time and delivery time

The time an item takes to reach you has two parts:

  • Preparation time: how long we take to prepare the item, including any blessing, before it is sent. This is agreed with you before you order.
  • Delivery time: how long the carrier takes once the item has been sent. We give you an estimate before your order is confirmed.
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates. Delays with the carrier or at customs can happen and are outside our control.

Delivery cost and sending

The delivery cost is agreed with you before your order is confirmed, and it is part of the all-inclusive price you pay.

How your item is sent depends on where you live, and is explained before you order.

When your item is sent, we tell you, and pass on a tracking number if the carrier gives one.

Customs, duties and import charges

A parcel sent to another country may be charged import duty, tax such as VAT or GST, and a handling fee by the carrier. These charges are set by the country receiving the parcel and are usually paid by the person receiving it, sometimes before the parcel is handed over.

The delivery cost in your price does not cover these charges. If your country charges them, they may still apply.

You can check the rules on your own government's customs website. In the UK, for example, see GOV.UK: tax and customs for goods sent from abroad.

If a parcel is sent back because import charges were not paid, contact us straight away and we will agree with you what happens next.

Your address and failed deliveries

Please check your full name, address, postcode and phone number before the item is sent. If an address is wrong or incomplete, the parcel may be delayed or sent back.

If a parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange sending it again. Any cost of sending it again is agreed with you first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us straight away by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. For damage, please send photos of the parcel and the item, and keep the packaging.

We will check with the carrier and agree with you how to put it right. Your legal rights as a consumer still apply.

What can be sent where

Some countries have rules or customs checks on items made from certain natural materials, such as some plants, shells, stones or animal products. Some may also restrict items linked to spiritual practices.

If you are not sure whether an item can be brought into your country, please check before you order. We tell you the item's materials before you order, and we will not knowingly send an item to a country where it is not allowed.
