Refunds and Cancellations

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This page explains what happens if you change your mind about a service, ring or charm, and how refunds work. It does not take away any rights you have by law.

Before you pay, please check the description of the service or item, the total price and the terms we agree with you. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under those terms and the consumer laws that apply to you. Services and physical items have separate rules, set out below.

Before you pay

Sending a request or asking questions does not commit you to anything. If you change your mind before you pay, just tell us, or simply do not go ahead. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Rituals and other services: before work starts

Rituals, spells and cleansing are services carried out for you, not items sent to you. If you have paid but work on your ritual has not started, you can cancel. What is refunded at this stage is explained and agreed with you before you pay.

The details we agree with you include when work is expected to start, so you know where you stand.

Rituals and other services: after work starts

Once a ritual has started, or materials have been prepared for you, part of the work has already been done. What happens if you cancel at this stage, including any partial refund, is explained and agreed with you before you pay.

Because rituals are traditional practices and no result is promised, a refund is not given only because a hoped-for result did not happen. This is explained before you pay. If we did not carry out what was agreed, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

In some countries, people who buy services at a distance have a legal right to cancel within a set period, often 14 days. If you ask for work to start within that period, you may have to pay for work already done, or may lose the right once the service is complete. Your rights depend on where you live.

Rings, charms and other physical items

Physical items are treated differently from services. If an item has not yet been prepared or sent, you can cancel. What is refunded at this stage is explained and agreed with you before you order.

Once an item has been sent, the returns and exchanges page applies. It also covers items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.

Shakir prepares and blesses each ring and charm. If an item is made, sized, engraved or blessed specially for you, how cancelling works is explained and agreed with you before you order. This never affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to cancel

Send an SMS or WhatsApp message to 0714794142 (from abroad: +254714794142), or call. Give your name, the service or item, and the date you paid. A written message gives us both a record.

We will confirm that we have received your cancellation. Shakir is available any time, day or night, and usually replies within 30 minutes.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back using the method you paid with, unless we agree another way with you. How long a refund takes, and who pays any transfer or currency fees, is explained and agreed with you before you pay. We tell you when your refund has been sent.

Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Your legal rights

If an order is wrong or a problem comes up, contact us straight away so it can be put right.

Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you rights that this policy cannot remove, for example a right to cancel some purchases made at a distance, or a right to a remedy when goods are faulty or a service is not carried out with reasonable care. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

If you are not happy with how a cancellation or refund was handled, please contact us first. A consumer advice service in your country may also be able to help.
